  I have been going to Dr, Ritchey since moving to Santa Fe. She is caring, as is her staff. I have always been treated well. And it was great to go and be able to get a new crown in a little more than an hour. No more getting a temporary, waiting for the creation of the real crown and then returning. The office's 3D capabilities are cutting edge. I have recommended her to others and the feedback I get from them is A-1.

  I don't usually write reviews, but I believe that doctors should be held to a higher standard than a restaurant, so I decided to write because it's important. I wrote this same negative review over a year ago and guess what...it was deleted by Dr. Ritchey/staff. Does that tell you anything? I plan on tracking this in the future and if it get deleted, I am going to report her to Google for manipulating her reviews. Now to the actual review of her services: Terrible service at front desk...my new out-of-state dentist called SIX TIMES for my records and NOBODY in this office would respond. That is horrible service for such a basic, routine request. As for treatment, Dr. Ritchey ground down my tooth that had a vertical crack in it and that was all she did. My new dentist could not figure out why on earth she did that. I'm thinking she's not very good at what she does and her staff are pathetically indifferent to basic front desk requests like providing medical records. She also does Botox injections...guess she took a weekend class on how to do this, unless she's a secret Licensed Dematologist.
